Looters are abundant in mount and blade Bannerlord, so you want to find a large party of loots 30-100, it all depends on your party size. Starting a caravan is simple, but the option isn’t obvious – the same goes for getting rid of one. You will encounter various companions in the different cities of Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord. Travel to any city and visit a tavern (you don't have to enter it, you just have to choose the tavern option in the campaign mode) - if there is at least one potential companion in that particular inn, you will see him on the list, as in the picture above. As for the caravans, I chose the best companions with the highest trading skills to lead caravans, so as to collect more profit.
